Delivery information and terms

We provide shipping and delivery service to all regions and cities of Yemen and Egypt for technical tools, and artworks are delivered to all countries.

The order is delivered within a period ranging between 2 to 7 working days within Yemen for products that are available in Yemen and the same period for products that are available locally in Egypt, while international shipping of plates may take up to a month.

In the event that the customer does not receive the order, the amount will be returned to the customer with deduction of the shipping value, which will be determined according to the region, in addition to deducting the re-order value of the shipping company (not including value added tax) with an administrative fee of 5%
